Vietnam Embassy Attestation is No Longer Required
From 11 September 2026, Vietnam is part of the Hague Apostille Convention. This means that Vietnamese Embassy attestation is no longer required for UK public documents covered by the Convention.
Instead, eligible UK documents can now be legalised with an Apostille for use in Vietnam.
We can continue to assist with preparing and legalising your UK documents for use in Vietnam, including any solicitor certification that may be required before the Apostille is issued.

In order for your documents to be legalised for Vietnam they will need to be both issued with the Apostille and attested by the Vietnamese embassy. Before ordering this service please check that your document has been issued with the apostille.
This service only applies to UK issued documents. If your document does not originate from the UK we are unable to assist with the legalisation process. Please contact us for advice.
