Notary Certification - Additional Signatory

This product is an add-on only for our Notary Public Certification and Apostille Service.

It applies where more than one person is required to sign or be notarised within the same document.

When do I need this?

Add one x quantity of this product for each additional signer beyond the first.

Examples:

• 2 signers total → add 1 additional signatory
• 3 signers total → add 2 additional signatories

Important

• This is not a standalone service
• It must be purchased together with a Notary Public certification order - https://shop.hagueapostille.co.uk/products/notarisation-and-apostille
• Each additional signer must provide their own photo ID and proof of address
• Each additional signer will need to attend the notary video call, unless otherwise agreed

Orders placed without the correct number of additional signatory items may be paused while we contact you to arrange payment.
