Important! - The completed document will be provided in a PDF format with attachments and electronic signatures that are only accessible in Adobe Reader (free software).
The electronic apostille certificate (e-apostille) can be added to certain documents. This is not suitable for all document types. We can digitally legalise your documents using a secure electronic signature from our solicitor.

Important! The fee is charged per document. Please check that the authority requesting your document will accept the e-Apostille. The e-Apostille is not yet recognised in all countries and it will incur additional charges if a traditional paper apostille is required at a later date.

The apostille service for certain digital documents is completed in just a few working days (subject to FCDO processing times). This includes the following documents-

These lists are not exhaustive and we are happy to discuss your documents. *Some documents require additional verification before the apostille can be issued either digitally or in paper format (charges may apply).
Not all documents are eligible for the e-Apostille. Please check your e-apostille will be accepted as refunds cannot be issued and a second fee will be charged for a paper version apostille.

Ordering an e-apostille does not mean you are guaranteed to get one. Not all documents can have e-apostilles. We may still need to see the original document (e.g. O Levels, A Levels, Passports). Many documents need extra verification and charges may apply (e.g degree certificates, driving licences).
