Apostille Certificate - MySpainVisa Clients Only

We are pleased to work with MySpainVisa to assist clients with the legalisation of their UK issued documents for the purpose of obtaining a Spanish Visa. This is usually required for police checks and medical certificates but this service is also suitable for any other standard UK document (e.g. birth, marriage, death certificates) that does not require solicitor certification.

Lately, we have found that there is a higher chance for medical documents to be delayed if the doctor signing the document has not previously had their signature verified by the FCDO. In the event of a delay we will contact you to assist with resolving delays.

The following guidance from the FCDO may help reduce the chance of delays for your clients that require legalisation of their medical documents -

Customers can request their medical practitioner to contact our signature verification team at [email protected] with a sample of their signature on headed paper, providing their registration number, registered name, capacity and permission to store the signature on our database. We could then upload this to our database in advance of documents arriving.
